Making the decision to coach with Ayrn was truly a life changing experience. I was feeling rather stuck and eager to try something new, and within weeks Ayrn and I began addressing years of suppressed trauma, discussed ways it was affecting my current adult life, and found methods to acknowledge and release it. We found balance between talking about the past, present and the future, and sessions were very self-led. Ayrn let me talk about anything that was on my heart that day, and if I was having trouble she was always ready with some questions to get the conversation started. From an administrative perspective, she was also incredibly flexible with scheduling and very understanding/accommodating when things came up or needed to change. Ayrn offered many options for sessions (phone, text, Facetime, Zoom, Voxer, etc.), so no matter what I had going on or how I was feeling that day, I knew I had autonomy over how we connected.

I accomplished more breakthroughs in a few short months with Ayrn than I had in years of traditional therapy. It was the first time in over a decade that I was really feeling like myself again. Her gentle yet straightforward approach is exactly what I have been looking for. Her guidance was always very personalized and meaningful – I felt that Ayrn truly cared about me and about my success. She always made sure I was comfortable and often asked what kind of approach I was looking for that day (i.e. more tough love/”let’s do the work” kind of session, or a let’s just cry it out and work through the feelings session). The “homework” she gave me kept me on track throughout the week and was always incredibly impactful. Ayrn helped me see that I was more than capable of putting in the work and reaching conclusions on my own, but she was also incredibly skilled in knowing exactly what to say to help me get there.

You can tell Ayrn takes a personalized approach to each of her clients and time spent with her was always productive. Overall, I cannot say enough amazing things about Ayrn and the positive impact she has had on my life. Her versatile and rich background allows her to tackle a plethora of topics with knowledge and grace. Whether she is wearing the “mom hat”, “friend hat” or “coach hat”, Ayrn always delivers. No matter what you are looking to accomplish, you absolutely cannot go wrong with coaching with Ayrn. She is an angel on earth and I will be forever grateful that our paths crossed.
